Collection Vessels

Our stand-alone vacuum machines work in conjunction with a collection vessel. The vacuum machine produces the vacuum 'pull' and the material is collected into a collection vessel.

First, decide if you would like to fill bags or skips, and then chose from one of our range of Hoppers, Tipping Bins or Skips. Our wide range gives you real flexibility, to enable you to get your job done as quickly and cleanly as possible.

COLLECTION HOPPERS
We can provide two types of collection hopper; our Standard 3m3 Collection Hopper (no filters) and our Filter Hopper. Material can be deposited into 1-ton bags, Barrels, IBC's etc.

Many sites often demand waste is now collected into 1-ton bags, to comply with health & safety legislation. Waste is contained, airborne dusts are kept to a minimum and site conditions are kept clean and healthy.

Filter Hopper
Filter Hoppers are ideal for conveying light, dry and dusty type products.

Fitted with 1-micron filters. Stops virtually all material in one place. Helps to reduce airborne dusts and keep site conditions clean.
Fitted with fold down Handrails. Enables easy compliance with Working at Height regulations.
Fill convenient 1-ton bags, barrels, IBC's etc.

Standard Hopper
Standard Hoppers have a capacity 3 cubic metres and are good for heavier products such as sand or shot blast.

Collection Bins

Our Trailer Mounted Collection Bins are very popular on sites like power stations. The Trailer Mounted Bin can be towed about site by a tractor, or similar, and is really mobile and user friendly. Its extra large capacity saves time, as it requires less emptying. And its hydraulically operated tipping bin and door make it extremely easy to use.

Standard Vacuum Skip
Our Standard Sealed Vacuum Skip has a capacity of 5 cubic metres. Usually two or more skips are used together, so one can be filled whilst the other is emptied.

Full width discharge door - for quick emptying.
Small contents door - for easy inspection
Compatible with standard skip trucks.
Rugged construction, designed to work at 500 millibar vacuum pressure.

Filter Skip
Filter Skips are ideal for vacuuming light, dry or dusty products.

Fitted with 1-micron filters, stopping virtually all material in one place.
Can be used together with Standard Skips, or alone for low volume work.

Roll-on-Roll-off Skip
The Roll-on-Roll-off Skip has a capacity of 24 cubic metres, making it ideal for high volume work.

Fitted with full width hydraulically operated discharge door for quick emptying.
Has ten small side doors for easy inspection and cleaning.
